Outage

Hey yall, I know there was a storm, I live in punta gorda and I have a small army of children who are demanding to know when the internet will return. I dont mean this to rush anyone, simply to get a rough estimate so I can calm the little heathens down lol. I've tried calling or using the ai, but due to living in an area with an outage I can't speak to a live person which is frustrating because the one time I said I'd buy new services I got a live person in less then 10 seconds, any help I could get with a rough estimate would likely save my shins from getting kicked, thank you.
