Outage
I’ve been out of service since June the 8 but they say it’s been down since the 17 th, Xfinity is saying I can’t speak with an agent till my service is restored. I just payed my bill and they made sure to remind me of that. What a joke of a service and wish now I didn’t pay. The only question we have is when will our internet be restored. I have not had any updates of what’s going on . Thanks for helping me decide to change service. The problem is someone should be held accountable for bad customer service.
