Outage
No way to speak to a real person. Outage map is a joke. As soon as possible is the message on the web site. Services off since 12 am we are now at 6:54 pm without an update. Not even sure if there are 200 people without service or just me.

user_953yzw thank you for taking the time to reach out via Community Forums. I know how important working service is and not having access would absolutely be frustrating. If the message states service with be restored as soon as possible, that indicated an exact timeline is not currently availble, but service is anticipated to be restored soon.
