I haven't had internet since 7/8/2024 and today still website says the same thing , that "because of weather you guys holding back on technicians to go out and fix the issue" weather has been sunny since Monday afternoon , there is no weather issue , the entire AREA around me have their power back so don't give me the [Edited: "Language"] of my node is offline , its offline because you guys decide to cut it out and no ETA on your app or website , on top of that since Xfinity holding down this area like actual "internet MAFIA" I can't go and get cable internet from any other provider that offer cheaper internet with no outage issue like you guys do .
no wonder everyone wants to leave comcast and get service from someone else . not to mention all you do on phone is a repeat on same message , you cant chat with anyone , you cant talk to anyone , you have no CUSTOMER SERVICE at all . worst service , coverage , stability , customer service , price . what are you proud of ??

To send a "Direct Message" message:
