Outage

This entire week, Xfinity has had outages in my area. I work from home, and this is affecting my job. What kind of discounts do you give for service that obviously doesn’t work?? Or do I just have to keep paying for nothing.

What is the status of the outage in the Chantilly/South Riding/Aldie area? All of my services (internet, TV, voice) have been out for the most point since 8:30 p.m. yesterday (3/12/2024). Service can back on briefly (like for 30 minutes) this morning, but now is out again.

Hello, @user_x3vfqe! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear that you are having issues with your services at this time! If you would like to follow the service interruption, you can check the status by visiting https://www.xfinity.com/support/status and signing in with your username and password. This will have the most up to date information regarding the interruption. Once it is clear, you can request a credit for the time without service as well.
