I know I would not want to pay for a service that I was unable to utilize, and we would never expect our customers to either! While we cannot compensate for things like the loss of time, gas, wages etc. We can make sure that you are not charged for a service that was not being provided.
The best way to receive a credit for downtime, is to go here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/account-management/credits/outage/details. You will be asked to sign in to your Xfinity account, and then you will be able to select the date range that your servies were down.
