outage
I have been experiencing a complete outage in my home for almost 24 hours with absolutely no help. I have been on hold with customer support for 45 minutes. Every time I ask the Xfinity assistant, I’m told that I can’t speak to an agent because I am experiencing an outage. This seems like a pretty poor business model if you ask me. I would just like to know if there is an ETA on when services will be restored. I, like many, work virtually and depend on this connection.

Hi, @user_915031. Thank you for taking the time to reach out and create a new post. I see your network has been down for over a day which I can imagine has been very frustrating. Like you, we also rely on the updates provided on the Xfinity portal as they come directly from the local teams. I see we currently don't have an estimated end time which I know is never good news to hear.
What I can do in the meantime, is keep an eye on this for any changes. I can also circle back here with new updates we see. If you haven't already, I would set up text alerts on the app as well. This is a great way to stay in the loop.
