OUTAGE
My status bar shows not outages but ive had an internet outage going on 2 weeks now with NO UPDATE!!! I cant reach customer service to talk to nobody and nobody is trying to fix the problem!!! CAN I PLEASE GET AN UPDATE

This will have all of the most up-to-date information and allow you to sign up to receive a text message once everything is back up and running.
