Outage

As a paying customer there is an expectation since we are paying for the service to receive that certain service. To have a plan service shut down with no notice to inform the customer is unacceptable. People work on remote jobs and can't make accommodations in the middle of the night. Since xfinity failed to provide service shouldn't the customer be entitled not to pay for the duration that xfinity planned the outage. Please not I understand if its bad weather and service is interrupted but not when xfinity is the one who planned this
