Outage
I recently moved to an apartment complex in South Jordan in which I’m required to package with Xfinity. I’ve been here just shy of 2 months, and have had 4 Xfinity outages now. Just… complete service shutdowns where there is no reason or explanation, only a resolution timeframe of usually around 3 hours. I work from home full-time. This is unacceptable. I had Google fiber for 3 years in Salt Lake and had ONE outage that was about an hour long. Now this is #4 in two months with Xfinity? What is going on?

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (top right corner)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
