outage

Hi,

I've been without connection for over 24hrs, Tv and internet. Online I am seeing theres an outage in my area(Chicago 60634). I see messages that there is maintanance being done. I've been trying to contact through chat and phone and cant get to anyone. Any way to find out an estimate on how long this will continue?
