Outage with no word

It’s been over 24 hours since my outage with the o my ETA being “As soon as possible” there is no way of getting an actual update just when it’s finally fixed whenever that is. Customer service automated robot hangs up on me as soon as it detects an outage in the area under my account. I wish I wasn’t contractually obligated to have Xfinity but they make deals with companies to force people to use them since they know nobody actually wants their service. Worst provider I’ve ever had. I can’t even get full use of gigabyte plan since they can’t update their connections where I’m at.
