Outage with no real help
I'm a prepaid customer who's not had internet since the 29th and I'm told I'm not eligible for a credit? So I paid for 30 days for nothing? And all we are told is it's being worked on asap...my whole area is back up and running I see trucks driving around but not a single one has stopped around here to actually work
