Outage, unacceptable response time

I've had an outage all day since I woke up this morning the app said it was going to be resolved by 9:55 pm today, and now it's say 9:55 pm tomorrow! I work from home and this is unacceptable!! I pay you guys to have service and to have outages fixed swiftly and promptly. I cannot be missing 2 whole days of work. Missing one was bad enough. I need my service restored TONIGHT!! Why has it been out for over 12 hours already?? Jacksonville FL 32210
