“Outage” since yesterday at 3:30pm with no reason or time of fix available!

I have been stuck with internet cutting in and out (mostly out) at random for the last day. It said initially estimated fix time was 6:30pm. Then switched to 8:15pm, then 8:20pm. Then switched to “as soon as possible” and has said that for 12 HOURS. My sister works from home. This is making her lose pay and I should not be paying for this. Also you guys won’t let me speak to an agent because it’s an “outage” yet no reason is listed other than a “network issue” on your end. Why can’t I call and talk to a HUMAN about why its down. I would feel alot better to atleast know what is happening?

Hi there @user_sofrun Thank you so much for reaching out on our Xfinity Community Forum about your outage.  I'll be happy to assist.  Can you confirm the most recent update you've received about the outage in your area?

It still says that there is an outage and its a “network issue on our end” is what the xfinity assistant says. And the fix time still says “as soon as possible” which has stayed since 8pm EST last night. Internet is still not working
