johnfc There is no way to correctly answer the question unfortunately. Our repair crew will work as quickly as possible to restore services when down, but depending on work needed it can take anywhere from less than an hour to over a week (natual disasters would be the cause of this amount of time). There are other factors as well that can delay repairs like power issues we aren't allow to fix, or work needed in a public area we may need access to.
