Outage since 9 days

I live in Pearland and there has been no internet since 9 days now.  I got my lights 7 days ago and xfinity can't give any clear answers.  I got a message 2 days ago that it was restored but was a lie.  Then it said 7/15/24 that it will be restored but that was a lie. I've been loyal to this company but seems like it needs to change . This is very disappointing and upsetting since my work relies on internet.

I’m in full agreement. Xfinity’s customer relations is pitiful.
