outage service
I reside in an HOA of 204 homes we an internet outage And I cannot speak to a real person to find out WHAT IS GOING ON with our service. the bot doesn't deal with hoa and the 800 number won't connect me without using the bot which won't connect me to a person. I waited from number 56 in line and then only got another bot. Our bulk contract expires soon. SERVICE DELIVERY
