Outage - Saint Paul
I am just looking for a way to get actual information about my outage. I have been without service since early morning. The only estimate I can get for restoration is as soon as possible. It is supposedly due to a power outage at a network site, but the power company is showing hardly any issues in the area. Can someone please just give me an update and estimate for when it will be fixed? I recently received an alert that it was fixed, but it was incorrect.

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
