Outage Restoration Date-Blythe, GA

Our outage restoration dates keep changing. My Xfinity app was even acting like we had our services last night when we didn’t and I was even able to make an appointment with a technician. Now, a few hours later, it says we have another outage in our area and our appointment has been deleted. There is no estimated restoration date for our home while 101-500 customers in our area have a  restoration date of this coming Wednesday. Is there any way to get any kind of restoration date for our home? Why was our appointment deleted? Our wire is hanging low and we will most likely need a technician to fix it. It’s like there is no end in sight on when we will get our services back.

Thank you for connecting with us here in our community, @user_p2xs8w. We are sorry to hear about the continued service issues. As much as we would love to provide accurate updates, it is hard to do with the amount of repairs needed. Our techs and engineers are working hard to get the services restored for everyone. Since you are in an area with an interruption, we need to get the services fixed at the node (plant) first and work our way out. This would be why your tech appointment was cancelled. We will gladly provide updates for you here via DM. Thank you for your patience with us.
