Outage reimbursement

I’m trying to get reimbursed for our outage from 1/18 to 1/25, which several xfinity service agents on here assured people in this forum would be processed. I just tried doing it via the app and Xfinity is saying that there was no outage detected for these days, so no reimbursement!!!We barely got our internet back up after the storm on Thursday, 1/25. Can someone please explain what’s going on?

@user_rrbzew Customers who have experienced a prolonged service interruption following power restoration should expect a credit. We will follow up with this come Tuesday with more clarification.
