Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello user_8u31nm thank you so much for taking the time to reach out here via our Xfinity Forums! During the interruption period, did you receive text notifications of the issue being identified, then cleared? You can also research known service interruptions via our Xfinity Status Center, by following the prompts to request service credit.

@XfinityAlfonso so my job won’t accept text messages an email would have been helpful. But in the app it does not have a previous history of outages and this outage occurred on Sunday and I’ve been trying to obtain proof since.

Would you be willing to go through the service interruption credit process in the Xfinity Status Center? This will guide you through the Xfinity Assistant, where you should be able to capture information to send over to your HR members.
