I need Proof of outage letter for work from my outage Wednesday 5 to now. I need a service provider letter that states I had the downtime.

Outages 2 to 4 days every day since Wednesday.
Why can't you all get this fixed?
We work from home, I work for big utility company and I need this fixed, especially since I'm working storm duty.
What's the problem?
