Outage over three days

There is an outage in my area for over three days and no repair day insight. 
when is it going to get fixed?

@user_umbhpk, hello! Thank you for your post. I am sorry to hear that your service is still down. Have you had a chance to check out our Status Map at https://www.xfinity.com/support/statusmap? All of our updates are provided there. If there isn't an estimated restoration time, it likely means we are waiting for another party or access.

The site you mentioned just states

”there is an outage.  Leave your email    and we let you know when we are done”

I like to know if I can work from my home office tomorrow?  Could you provide this information?

@user_umbhpk Unfortunately, we would not have that information. We run off of the same information that is provided there. As soon as updates are available, we will publish them there. You can also sign up for text alerts at xfinity.com/statuscenter or by logging into the Xfinity App.
