Outage Notifications and Updates
Internet went down last night around 12:15am and is still down as of this morning at 8:50am. App and website now show that this was a scheduled maintenance outage, but no previous notifications were ever sent out that this was going to happen and there is no posted ETR for when service will be restored.
This is extremely poor customer service! Notifications need to be sent out beforehand so customers will know they will be without service and plan accordingly. Especially those of us that work from home and need internet service to do our jobs.
When will this be resolved?
