Outage not reporting

Our internet service is out as well as multiple neighbors around us (3 confirmed) but when we all report it, it tells us there isn't an outage in our area and to restart our modems. This is clearly not the issue. Can someone please help?

Hello, @user_bf854j thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. Our team on Forums is here to help you. How long has your service been out and is your modem offline? You can check the lights on the modem or double-check the status of your connection in the Xfinity app. There's always a chance a service interruption gets declared or there could be a separate issue to resolve that's not a wide-spread interruption. If we can get a little more information we can determine what the best actions are to take.
