Outage/ Need Live representative
Yesterday I noticed my internet was disconnected but that wifi was still connected when I went to troubleshoot it told me that there was an outage and they would text me to let me know when service would be brought back. They never did so I myself got on and started messing around with it again around 10 they tell me in one message again it’s an outage but when I ask for assistance state it’s not an outage so I tried last night unplugging the cord waiting replugging to no avail. I can’t restart it from the app so I head to bed to try something this morning. However nothing is still working I tried to get online to try and restart and the system won’t allow it to complete the function it just spins and spins but tells you not to leave the page or refresh? Now there are no options to speak to a live person just to schedule to have someone come and fix it which I possible could have to pay for. I feel this is unnecessary I understand that maybe I’m not getting this and not doing something right but then wouldn’t I be able to ask someone about this?? If it’s new equipment needed I can install it if it’s a cord that has to be tighten I can do that too but I don’t want to have to potentially pay when the I just got all this stuff less than a year ago and could be an easy fix.
