Hello, @user_wbs67z thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I did want to help get the proper expectations set up that I only have the same information to review as what would be available on the Xfinity Status center: https://www.xfinity.com/support/status or Xfinity App. 

If there is a service interruption, it will typically affect all customer who receive a signal from the area equipment called a node. There specific number of people won't show when checking. You can sign up to receive notifications when the interruption is cleared, and check for updates when available.
