Outage map does not recognize address

Loosing internet with xfinity but when I enter our address it tells me it does not recognize it. So in order to find out what’s going on I have to sign into my account. We loose internet here often (for $50 per month) so I have had to avail myself of this service before but now it seems that it can no longer understand my address.

Welcome to our Community Forum, @user_3xh8vv! I know how important it is to have a reliable internet connection so I want to make sure this is taken care of. When you notice issues, are they usually connected with your whole area or do they only affect your home?

Affects the whole community most of the time, rarely has it been directly attributed to just our home.
