Hello, user_y6luq3. I work from home too, so I understand the need for a strong connection and good communication with my supervisor and managers. You can often find updates on current service interruptions by logging into your account on Xfinity.com or through the Xfinity app. While I can look up your service history for you and share what I find, I'm unable to provide a formal letter. If you'd like me to look up your history, please send me a direct message with your full name and the street address on your account.

To send a "Direct Message":
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (it looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

Hello, this is what they are requesting : we’ll need documentation directly from your internet service provider that includes the date and confirms that your internet is currently unavailable and being worked on. The wording may vary depending on your provider, but the proof must come from them.
