Outage Information

My entire county has been down for 18 hours now with absolutely no information from Comcast as to what is going on. The AI chat bot provides zero info, directing me to the outage map, which only tells me that, yes, everyone is down.

Zero ETA, zero indication that repairs are even underway. I just want the most basic of info: when does Comcast expect to have this fixed and are they actually working to do so (and not merely "investigating" for an entire day). It shouldn't be this difficult to accomplish this and be informed.
