My internet has been offline since Tuesday 3/25 at 8am.  What is going on, when will it be restored?

It's been saying "Technician is on the way" for two full days.  I want to know what the problem is.

@user_jsl9tu​ The front end does not know what the problem is until the technicians are able to determine the problem. You will have to be patient and wait until the issues are identified and rectified.
