Outage in Sacramento and this website

Every time I go to tag it crashes. What is going on? Why is there an outage? What happened? Why can’t we call in to get answers and why are we being kept in the dark?

Hello @user_99a423. I am sorry that you are having trouble with this website. I would be happy to assist you further. Is this happening to one website? Is your internet working properly other than trying to load this one website?

No. This site and my internet is still down. With only knowing that something is damaged on your end.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

Just a note I am on my Verizon phone the only way I have internet at the moment. If I didn’t have that I would be completely in the dark.
