to be clear, I'm just looking for a restoration time, it still says it is "under review" and to be fixed "as soon as possible"
Talking to a human on a phone who knows the status would be nice

Hello user_9cuuwh thanks so much for reaching out here via our Xfinity Forums with these service interruption concerns! Hopefully the worst of this storm has passed. Even if you've not lost power at home, storms often impact network equipment that needs to be repaired. This can lead to interruptions away from the main network area. Our Xfinity Status Center, which it sounds like you've been tracking, does provide near-real-time updates, and you are able to sign up for notifications via text as well.
