user_6hfosa Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here. We would suggest going to our Xfinity Status Center (https://www.xfinity.com/support/status), if there is an available Estimated Time of Resolution, that is the first place it will show.
user_mjoxx3 We would recommend visiting our Xfinity Status Center (https://www.xfinity.com/support/status), as soon as our team can provide an Estimated Time of Restoration, this is the first place it will be posted. You can also use that link to request a credit for the time your services are not available.

They aren't providing ETAs or anything even remotely resembling a reasonable explanation or restoration schedule. Xfinity is a complete joke. The "hotspot map" they're pushing is either down, or the places themselves don't have wifi.
Lots of people in town with AT&T never lost their service. Might be time to switch. Xfinity just lost a customer with its lack of action and communication.
Xfinity customer service has always been bad, but this takes the cake. All my neighbors with AT&T are working just fine. We can't even get an estimate from Xfinity. Just a canned response. This is unacceptable.
