Outage in houston

Still no cable or internet for 10 days

No updates or false updates

Everyday it gives the next day for restore of cable and internet 

Outage map does not work

When are we getting back our service 

We need service restored 

What is going on in Houston???

When will it be available??

Same issue in Houston. 8 days and no estimated time/date for restoration. We were given two previous dates/times when the restoration would be completed but xfinity blew both deadlines. Cannot call anyone. It’s hard to believe a company this big can be run so poorly. I hope a lawsuit gets filed against them similar to the one filed against Centerpoint. Beyond ridiculous
