Outage in Brunswick, MD
There’s an outage AGAIN. I demand credits in my monthly bill. This is ridiculous. No way to contact anyone, first you give an estimate to restore and then it changes to “as soon as possible”. I pay over 250/month for this [Edited: "Language"] service. I am
seriously considering canceling. And you better not even mention a “termination fee”. Do you people even care?
