Outage in Brunswick, MD area

When will our service be restored?  The outage details give “severe weather” as the reason, but there has been no severe weather here today.  “As soon as possible” isn’t an acceptable time frame for service to be restored. Just give us a real time estimate, please.

Hi there and welcome to Comcast. I am sorry to hear there is no update online for the restoral of service. The Xfinity App gets updated as soon as there is a new update provided by the local team.
