Outage from storm

Thank you for posting on our community forums, user_dipdou. I'm sorry to hear about the lightning. If the lightning caused an interruption, it would have been reported on the Xfinity App or Status center. We also would have sent a text notification with information on the interruption and resolution timeframe. Did you receive any of these notifications?
