Outage for a WEEK

Hi, I have experienced an outage at my house. No internet, which means no TV, smart devices out, can’t work from home, no alarm system!! I need this fixed immediately and there have been no status updates about the outage. I need to know how long to expect before I switch providers.

@user_a8da80 This is not the experience we want you to have. I know I would be reaching out as well to find out what is going on. Have you checked for updates on My account app regarding interruption? We also have this link to help. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/check-service-outage. We are happy to investigate this as well for you. Let us know if the app or link help.

@XfinityBrianW​ I’ve already checked the service outage link several times. It never updates. My neighbors are not having any issues, so it seems to be just my address affected, but I can’t get any help from Xfinity.
