Outage for a WEEK
Hi, I have experienced an outage at my house. No internet, which means no TV, smart devices out, can’t work from home, no alarm system!! I need this fixed immediately and there have been no status updates about the outage. I need to know how long to expect before I switch providers.

@user_a8da80 This is not the experience we want you to have. I know I would be reaching out as well to find out what is going on.
