Outage for 72 hours.. no communication
We’ve had an outage for 72 hours now starting on Friday (3/17). I called and used the app and there are no estimates of when it’ll be fixed nor the cause of the outage. My neighbors said they have their internet and tv back and they use Xfinity… is there a way to get this prorated from my bill? It’s ridiculous that comcast just doesn’t provide any information and won’t let you connect to an agent to get more info. They just are like deal with it and have a giant scope
in their terms of service for “maintenance” to avoid prorating it for customers. Lack of communication and transparency is all I’m realizing about this company
