Outage ETA

I live in willingboro nj. The Internet has been out since yesterday. The outage no longer provides ETAs which were all wrong anyway.

I am working from home tomorrow, can you say if this will resolved by then?

As someone who works from home too, I know how much an service interruption can throw off your entire day when you're trying to work, attend meetings, or just stay connected. I do want to be transparent that the information available to our team is the same information that's posted in the Xfinity app and online. When an ETA disappears, it usually means our crews uncovered another issue while working on the issue. At that point, they need time to assess and address the additional problem before they can provide an updated restoration time.
 

I know that's not the news you were hoping for, and I can appreciate how frustrating the uncertainty can be. Our local crews are continuing to work on restoring service as quickly and safely as possible, and a new ETA will be posted as soon as more information becomes available. We truly appreciate your patience in the meantime.
