Outage due to service
It is completely unacceptable that there is a prolonged outage due to planned service, without any form of notification or notice ahead of time. Without a corresponding credit to my account, this amounts to Comcast taking money for services not rendered. Aka - theft.

Whenever there is an outage you need to inform Comcast so that you can get that credit.

I had phone service interrupted without notice that interfered with a medical phone appointment. I've called three times today about this and Comcast says just check My Account so is one supposed to check MY Account every time they want to make a call? Customers should receive an email or phone call to tell us when our services are not going to be working and we should be refunded for lost service time. Comcast refuses to deal with this by delay and not calling back.
