Outage due to Beryl

My internet services have been out for 10 days now and I am.losing money because I work.from home. No real time expectations of when it will be restored. I am in 77088

 If services are not restored by the end of the day today, as you promised. I will be switching to tmobile tomorrow

It's possible that public power could be restored to your home or business (or that you have a power generator), but the location of the Comcast network serving your neighborhood still doesn't have public power, which must also be restored before your services can work properly.

The most effective way to get outage updates for your area and information about your service is to visit xfinity.com/outage or use the Xfinity app. 

 

If you are also a Comcast Business customer you can visit business.comcast.com/myaccount or use the Comcast Business app. 


In the meantime we do recommend to also continue checking for available hotspots.  You can visit the Xfinity app or xfinity.com/wifi to see a map of available Xfinity WiFi hotspots. All open hotspots, both indoor and outdoor, will appear on the map.

I have had power since last Friday. This is unacceptable. I need to know what the exact issue is in my area? And what you are all doing. I have seen no xfinity workers here. I cannot afford to lose more money. I will be switching tomorrow if services are still down tonight.

They don't care to offer real help brother, I am also looking at day 11 without internet since 7/8, it is insulting at this point how minimal effort they show. The app relays nothing helpful, nor the forums even the Comcast websites has stopped updating since 7/17, if their hotspots worked that would be a peace of mind but even those are useless. Comcast has gave me nothing but constant disappointment.

Still no internet in 77055 ...and weve never lost power ...net went out on the 8th ...xfinity doesnt seem to care enough to even give real meaningful updates. Ugh so disgusted
