Outage creidt limit

I have recently been experiencing frequent Xfinity outages at my location. I tried to request service outage, but “Your account isn't eligible for a credit at this time”. What is this maximum amount? Why can't I get credits?

user_6d04x9 thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forums page to reach out today. I understand that you have a concern regarding service disruptions you have experienced as of late. There is a limit to request that can be made on your end using the self-service option of requesting a service disruption adjustment, however we can assist you with getting one applied on our end still. 

 

Are you still currently experiencing the same disruption?
