Outage credits

Hi, my account has "exceeded the number of credits", but I am still experiencing absurdly frequent outages and interruptions. I am working from home and these outages are incredibly frustrating and given the incredible frequency it is impacting my ability to earn income. After recently calling customer service line they stated I would not receive credits for an outage less than 4 hours, however many of these outages are 3 hours— so you’re telling me that several hours worth of interruption that impacts my livelihood isn’t of concern to you? Further, the notice on the website when I attempt to receive a credit doesn’t mention any time limit but states that “your account has exceeded the maximum amount of credits.” 

How is there a limit on the amount of credits I can get, but not a limit on the amount of outages you have? 
if the outages continue at the frequency they have since I began service with Xfinity on the ago, and I continue to not receive credits for the outages, this frankly is a scam  to charge for a service that you do not provide, and I will be forced to cancel and switch carriers.
