Outage credit
It is humanly impossible to connect to any human being that works for xfinity as my service has been in and out all week and I’ve had to buy $50 worth of internet access from another provider just to be able to work…to then pay my xfinity bill in full for a service that in turn doesn’t work! This is abominable and I want

@user_rgxk1o Thanks for adding a post to the community. We know having reliable service is important. When there is an interruption over four hours, we do credit the account for the whole day. It's super easy to receive a credit following the steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/credit-xfinity-assistant. It will make sure you are credited for all the days that qualify.
