If you notice that your service is down, please check for service interruptions via the XFINITY App on your mobile device. You can have a credit applied right from the app as well. You may also go to https://www.xfinity.com/support/status. After signing in, scroll down to where it says "Tell us more about your experience in the Outage" Tips section at the bottom of the page. A form launches to determine eligibility for the credit. You will then provide details about your experience during the service interruption. This is a great way to make sure that you receive your credit.
