Outage Credit
We recently had a service outage caused by “unplanned network repair” that impacted my work from home on Friday and weekend plans. The online tool says I cannot request an outage credit since we had another unplanned outage earlier in the year. Neither of these was my fault, surely there is a way to request a credit?

Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_k6t4cf. We can look into any account adjustment from here for you. Could you send me a direct message with the full and complete address for your service?
To send a direct message [private message]:
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

@user_k6t4cf, You were a joy to speak with tonight, and I'm so happy we were able to get you taken care of and got that credit applied to your account. If you need anything in the future please feel free to make another post and a Digital Specialist, Forums Expert, or community member will help you as soon as possible. I hope you have a great rest of your night and stay safe.
