Outage credit

I have experienced outage a lot of times within  a month, sometimes last six to eight hours sometimes even longer. Every time I try to ask an agent about this problem on app, it always auto reply me and didn’t let me talk to an agent.Now outage is happen AGAIN and I couldn’t find an agent. I clicked the outage map and it shows everything is good in my address . I cannot take classes at home or work at home. I don’t know why I payed and signed the contract and then got this poor internet. I request the compensation for this so many times outage and the inconvenience it brought.
